Abstract:
~88% identical to the consensus. 3'-end determined. 5'-end is a internal truncation. Neptune-N135a_XL and Neptune-N135b_XL consist the two terminal reagion of a Neptune-like element. Compared to Neptune-N135b_XL, the 3'-end ~140-bp of Neptune-N135a_XL is the extruded region.
