Abstract: Consensus of 190 entire length sequences from Ilex paraguariensis GCA_963454935.2, then curated with 0.5 million genomic reads of the species (86242X coverage) from ERR12037359 and ERR12040303 that mapped at 97% stringency and hold 98.1% of global sequence similarity. Additional features: non-transcribed spacer (NTS) (1-391); postulated transcription termination site (TTS) (1-5); region of the NTS 83% similar to the internal portion of a Gypsy element 299 nt upstream the poly-purine tract (PPT) (87-186); postulated transcription initiation site (TIS) (362-391); -30 TATA-like sequence (362-372); -14 GC dinucleotide (378-379); -1 C nucleotide (391); 5S rRNA gene(392-511); A box (441-452); Intermediate Element (IE) (461-462); C box (471-480); RNA binding domains (401-412; 451-467; 490-499).
