A single genomic copy at chromosome NC_035171, 64.9% similar to SINE2-21_Ilex and 68.4% to SINE2-5_Mes of Repbase. 11 nt divergent TSDs (66.7% similarity). Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-73); A box (15-25); B box (59-69); tRNA-unrelated region (74-127); poly A tail (128-138).
