Analyzed genome of Manihot esculenta: GCF_001659605.2. A single genomic copy at chromosome NC_035164, 73.3% similar to SINE2-21_Ilex and 68.4% to SINE2-6_Mes of Repbase. 11 nt divergent TSDs (58.3% similarity). Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-73); A box (15-25); B box (59-69); tRNA-unrelated region (74-131); poly AT tail (132-140).
