Abstract:
Analyzed genomes: I. asprella (NCBI:GCA_023539305.1), I aquifolium (NCBI:GCA_951799425.1), I. latifolia (NGDC:GWHBIST00000000) and I. polyneura (NGDC:GWHBDNW00000000). Consensus of 212 sequences; mean 80.7% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-92); A box (14-24); B box (68-78); tRNA-unrelated region (93-219); poly A tail (220-231). 93.5% similar to SINE2-4c_Ipa. SINE2-4_Ilex variants a, b and c share 67.1% similarity.
