Abstract:
Analyzed genomes: I. asprella (NCBI:GCA_023539305.1), I aquifolium (NCBI:GCA_951799425.1) and I. latifolia (NGDC:GWHBIST00000000); it was not found at I. paraguariensis YMM1 (NGDC:PRJCA032295) or I. polyneura (NGDC:GWHBDNW00000000). Consensus of 55 sequences; mean 95.8% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-83); A box (14-25); B box (59-69); tRNA-unrelated region (84-191); poly A tail (192-202). 78.1% similar to Pamela of yerba mate. SINE2-18_Ilex a and b variants share 80.2% similarity.
