Abstract: Analyzed genome: Panicum hallii v3.1 (Phytozome). Consensus of 22 seqs; mean 92.70% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA-related region (1-83); A box (14-25); B box (59-69); tRNA-unrelated region (84-289); poly T tail (173-178). 99.66% similar to SINE2-4_PaM. SINE2-4_Pha variants a to d share 79.40% similarity.
