Abstract: De novo search via RepeatModeler from GCA_905181385.1; CDS predicted via Fgenesh and protein annotated via InterProScan. Consensus of 100 seqs >3000 nt; mean 86.11% identity to consensus. Additional features: from 1174 to 1603 is repeated the 5 prime region with 87.20% similarity; a stretch of 429 nt of the 5 prime region of Helitron-3_Ipa and Helitron-N8_Ipa share 73.90% similarity; flanked by A and T nucleotides embedded in min. 10 nt AT-rich regions.
