Abstract: De novo TE library from GCF_001659605.2. Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 83.22% identity to consensus; some copies with visibles TSDs. Additional features: ORF (156-4247); poly A tail (4269-4277); 51 genomic copies >1000 nt, 14 in genes, 9 in CDS. LINE1-2_Mes and LINE1-N1_Mes share >90.00% similarity at their terminal regions in addition to an internal block.
