Abstract: Analyzed genome: GCA_002271895.2. Consensus of 50 seqs; mean 90.32% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-82); A box (13-24); B box (58-68); tRNA-unrelated region (83-207); poly A tail (208-216); 95.60% similar to SINE2-7_Cba (SolS-VII). There exist two major subpopulations of SINE2-7_Cch (a and b) which consensus share 90.40% sequence similarity.
