Abstract: Analyzed genome: GCA_018107945.1. There exist only 5 copies from 3 insertional events; consensus of 5 seqs; mean 92.11% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-94); A box (14-24); B box (70-80); tRNA-unrelated region (95-180); poly A tail (181-191); 13 nt TSDs; SolS-XII consenus sequence is 70.83% similar to SolS-VIII and 66.85% similar to SolS-IX of Repbase; this family is absent from other Solanaceae genomes (Capsicum annuum var. annuum, Capsicum annuum var. glabriusculum, Capsicum baccatum, Capsicum chinense, Jaltomata sinuosa, Lycium barbarum, Nicotiana tabacum, Petunia axillaris, Solanum lycopersicum, Solanum melongena, Solanum tuberosum).
