Abstract: Analyzed genome: GCA_002271895.2. Consensus of 30 seqs; mean 97.98% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-81); A box (13-23); B box (57-67); tRNA-unrelated region (82-164); poly A tail (165-170); 99.40% similar to SINE2-10c_Cba (Au). There exist three major subpopulations of SINE2-10_Cch (a, b and c) which consensus share 60.00% sequence similarity.
