Abstract: Analyzed genome: GCA_002271895.2. Consensus of 22 seqs; mean 90.26% identity to consensus. Additional features: 32 nt TIRs 85.90% identity; TA TSDs; 96.40% similar to Mariner-N2a_Cba. There exist four major subpopulations of Mariner-N2_Cch (a1, a2, b and c) which consensus share 67.90% sequence similarity.
