Abstract: ~99% identical to consensus. The 5' region (1-146) is ~86% identical to those of B1F-type SINEs (B1F-1_CLan, B1F1, B1F1A, B1_Mur1 etc.) and the 3' region (147-229) is ~87% identical to the 5' regions of CAVID2D. It is often inserted in a family of B1F with TSDs of ACCAGCCTGGGC.
