Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_905181385.1. Consensus of 36 seqs with both termini, 31 with TSDs; mean 83.54% identity to consensus. Additional features: tRNA related region (1-93); A box (14-24); B box (69-79); tRNA-unrelated region (94-201); poly A tail (202-215); 9 to 19 nt in length TSDs (mean 15 nt), 70% AT-rich seqs; 63.6% similar to SINE2-2b_Csi of tea.
