Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 88.96% identity to consensus. Additional features: 21 nt TIRs 90.50% identity; 8 nt TSDs; 89.26% similarity to hAT-N9_Sly of Repbase. There exist two major subpopulations of hAT-N4_Cba (a and b) which consensus share 86.00% sequence similarity.
