Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_002271885.2. Consensus of 25 seqs; mean 89.38% identity to consensus. Additional features: 12 nt TIRs 91.70% identity; 85.98% similar to hAT-NA1_Can of Repbase. There exist two major subpopulations of hAT-N1_Cba (a and b) which consensus share 76.10% sequence similarity.
