Abstract: 1..80 /feature="tRNA-related region" 13..23 /feature="A box" 56..66 /feature="B box" 81..165 /feature="tRNA-unrelated region" 166..176 /feature="tail" Analyzed genome of tea: GCA_013676235.1. This consensus is generated from 50 entire length sequences with mean 92.3% identity to consensus. There exist three major subpopulations of SINE2-5_Csi (a, b and c) which consensus share 68.7% sequence similarity.
