Abstract: 1..6 /feature="inverted repeat region" 8..11 /feature="inverted repeat region" 2269..2272 /feature="inverted repeat region" 2275..2279 /feature="inverted repeat region" Analyzed genome of yerba mate: GCA_905181385.1. This consensus is generated from 100 entire length sequences with mean 86.4% identity to consensus. This element has 5 nt TSDs (measured in Solo-LTRs). There exist three major subpopulations of LTR-2_Ipa-LTR (a, b and c) which consensus share 84% sequence similarity.
