Abstract: 1..80 /feature="tRNA-related region" 14..24 /feature="A box" 58..68 /feature="B box" 81..178 /feature="tRNA-unrelated region" 179..190 /feature="tail" Analyzed genome of chili pepper: GCF_000710875.1 v1.0. This consensus is generated from 130 entire length sequences with mean 91.4% identity to consensus. There exist two major subpopulations of SINE2-1_Can (a and b) which consensus share 70.1% sequence similarity. SINE2-1a_Can is 91.9% similar to SINE-1_Aip.
