Abstract:
Analyzed genome of tea: GCA_013676235.1. Consensus of 2 entire length seqs (TIR to TIR); mean 98% identity to consensus. Additional features: 11 nt TIRs; 8 nt TSDs; the copy at CM025497 is autonomous; two major subpopulations of hAT-1_Csi occur (a and b), which consensus share 87.5% similarity; TIR and subterminal regions are 90% similar to those of hAT-2_Csi.
