Abstract: De novo TE library from GCA_905181385.1. Consensus of 20 seqs, 16 with both termini and poly A tail and 4 truncated near 3 prime end; mean 75.3% identity to consensus, similarity -nt length and composition- falls just after ORF2 and up to 160 nt before 3 prime end. Additional features: all seqs inserted into telomeric-like sequences (TTTAGGG) near ends of scaffolds; two elements with intact ORFs (scaffolds CAJIXV010000345 and CAJIXV010000295).
