Abstract: This consensus is generated from 13 sequences with >97% identity, and likely 5'-truncated. Target site is unknown, but the 3' flanking sequence is often GATTCCTTCAGT. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Human Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine: Tribolium castaneum Genome Project.
