Title: Mariner/Tc1-type DNA transposons from Lake Malawi cichlids. |

Journal: Repbase Reports 15(10), 3440-3440 (2015) |

Abstract: ~99% identical to consensus. 14-bp perfect TIRs. TA TSDs. Both ends are similar to DNA-TTAA0-4_DR, DNA-2-31_DR, and Mariner-N4_AFC. This consensus is the most similar to the sequence 1357-2889 of DNA-6-N7_DR; possibly this region is a nested transposon.
