Abstract: 5-bp TSDs (2 copies only: CAATC and ATTCR). This transposon has also unusual termini: 5'-GGG and CCC-3'. There is a short palindrome at positions 17-51, with 13-bp stem. Portion of this palindrome (pos 38-53) ovelaps with an inverted repeat at pos 2683-2668. Finally, a 15-bp terminal inverted repeat is at pos 1-15 and 2704-2690.
