Title:
"Twin-mariner" DNA transposons in the Rhizopus oryzae genome.

Abstract:
The sequence represent only the half consensus of "twin-mariner". The 5'-end is determined to be a real end. There are several copies we called "twin-mariner" which have long TIRs which encode the mainer Tpase. Most likely, the long TIRs are created during transposition from those do not have TIRs, and TIRs are inherited into derivtive "twin-mariner" copies.
