Title: DNA transposons from the three-spined stickleback genome. |

Abstract: Both termini are uncertain. Like other vertebrate helitrons, this element encodes an endonuclease domain downstream of helicase; thus it can be called Helentron. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by the Broad Institute Stickleback Genome Project.
