Title:
Telomere-linked helicase genes from the red seaweed.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 14(1), 308-308 (2014)
Abstract:
>99% identical to consensus. Both termini are determined. The 3' half is nearly identical to that of TLH-1_CCri. The 5' end is flanked with the 3' terminus of another TLH-1B_CCri. The encoded helicase protein is similar to telomere-linked helicases found in various fungi.
