Abstract: ~98% identical to consensus. This family is not specifically inserted into ribosomal RNA genes but belong to the R2 superclade. The 5' UTR is composed by 3 tandem repeats of ~300 bp length. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Washington University School of Medicine: Genome Sequencing Center.
