Abstract: Two copies are ~99% identical to consensus. The 3' end is flanked with microsatellites MSAT-1_CSav. Both ends are uncertain. The protein shows strong similarity to that of MuDR-2_BF. Based on Ciona savignyi, whole genome shotgun sequencing project (GenBank: AACT00000000.1).
