Abstract: >99% identical to consensus. It is ~88% identical to LOA from Drosophila silvestris, but is not fused with Gypsy. Instead, some copies are inserted into a tandem array of Gypsy-5_DGri-LTR with 12-bp TSDs (ATCTTCGCCAAT).
