Abstract:
Only 10 copies show >90% identity to consensus. This family is specifically inserted into U2 small nuclear RNA genes at the same site. Related families have been reported as L1-53_XT, L1-54_XT, L1-55_XT, and L1-56_XT. ~75% identical to Keno-7_XT.
