Abstract: This consensus is generated from 2 sequences with ~90% identity. TA TSDs. 26-bp TIRs. Sagan is a new group of DNA transposons belonging to the Mariner/Tc1/IS630 superfamily. But there is an insertion between D and E in the encoded DDE-transposase. The exon-intron structure is predicted with Softberry FGENESH.
