Title: DNA transposons from Puccinia graminis. |

Abstract: ~95% identical to consensus. ~290-bp TIRs. The alignment of this family is ended with 6-bp palindrome sequences (TGTACA) at both sides. Considering the similarity to Mariner elements (Mariner-3_PGr and Mariner-4_PGr), the insertion of this family would generate TA TSDs and be ended with CA and TG.
