Abstract: ~90% identical to consensus. 5bp tsd. LTR is related to LTR5 subfamilies from the same species. This sequence was derived from the marmoset dataset made available by Genome Sequencing Center at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. We thank the Marmoset Genome Sequencing Consortium for making their data publicly available.
