Abstract: >75% identical to consensus. The 5' half (1-356) is >86% identical to Tigger9b 1-408, and the 3' half (515-745) is ~97% identical to Tigger9b 393-624. Because the middle portion of Tigger9b (116-444) is not related to TIGGER9, the structure of Tigger9b_MD shows that it is the ancestor or a descendant of Tigger9b.
