Abstract: Aphids have very diverse TEs often present in young single copies or very small families. Therefore original sequences are often more representative than consensus sequences from this genome. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Human Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine: Pea Aphid Genome Project.
