Abstract: 78% identical to consensus. The 5'-end is tRNA-derived. The rest of the sequence comes from both ends of an RTE non-LTR retrotransposon. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Genome Sequencing Center at Baylor College of Medicine: hyrax.
