Abstract: The sequence exceeds the length of a typical L1 (6-7 kb). It may include additional inserts. Top 30 sequences are >90% identical to consensus. This sequence was derived from sequence data generated by Broad Institute Mammalian Genome Project: Nine-banded Armadillo.
