Abstract: The consensus elements are constructed from several copies, which are less than 2% divergent from the consensus. The transposase encoded by EnSpm-6_DR is far distant to most known EnSpm transposases. EnSpm-6_DR contains 29 imperfect TIR, and is characterized by 2-bp TSD.
