Abstract: MuDR-7_VV (Mutavine-7 in [1]) consensus is an autonomous element. Its individual copies are >98% identical to the consensus sequence. MuDR-7_VV contains 720 bp-long TIRs which are 97% identical and are flanked by 9 bp-long TSDs.
