Abstract: This is 3' LTR of PREM1A_ZM LTR retrotransposon from Zea mays. LTRs are 99% similar to each other. 5' LTR is ~140 bp shorter than 3' LTR due to an internal insertion/deletion. 5' LTR coordinates are AY371488: 24019-20742. 3' LTR coordinates are indicated below.
