Abstract: This is an internal portion of Gypsy19-VV LTR retrotransposon. Individual copies are about 92% similar to their consensus. LTRs of this retrotransposon, deposited as Gypsy19-VV_LTR, are 97% identical to each other with small indel mutations. Target site duplications are 5 bp-long.
