Abstract: Kolobok-N4_NV is a consensus sequence of a family of non-autonomous Kolobok transposons. The Kolobok-N4_NV transposon is characterized by 33-bp TIRs (1 mismatch) and TTAA target site duplications. This family is composed of a few copies that are less than 10% divergent from the consensus sequence.
