Title:
Eulor3: A low copy repetitive family from Euteleostomi.
Journal:
Repbase Reports 6(7), 367-367 (2006)
Abstract:
Eulor3 is preserved in ~50 copies phg in mammals and chicken. Like Eulor1 and Eulor2 it has a hairpin-like structure followed by a tail. This consensus was derived from human copies. The presence of the "tail" may indicate that the complementary portion of the sequence is missing.
