Abstract: This is an internal portion of Gypsy-4_CR LTR retrotransposon. It could be incomplete and encodes remnants of gag, integrase and chromodomain. There are only a few copies of Gypsy-4_CR present in the genome. They are over 98% identical to each other. The internal sequence is incomplete and may contain insertions of external TEs.
