Abstract:
It is a family of DNA transposons from the Mariner superfamily (Tc1 clade). The genome harbors 3 copies that are 99.6% identical to the consensus. It encodes a 351-aa Mariner-3_AFp transposase (two exons at pos. 625-1533 and 1582-1728).
