Abstract:
LTR32_MD is a non-autonomous LTR element, probably of an ERV. Average similarity of copies to the consensus is around 96%. The internal region corresponding to this LTR is unknown. Shares 388 bp with RepeatMasker LTR sequence MdoLTR2. This consensus was reconstructed from the June 2005 release of the 6.8X WGS sequence.
