|||
Journal: Repbase Reports 6(1), 37-37 (2006) |
|||
Abstract: The consensus sequence was reconstructed from the Ensembl genome annotation. Copies are 93% identical to the consensus. MARINER66_CB contains 29bp-long perfect TIRs similar to TCB1 and has a palindromic structure. Flanked by TA target duplications.
