Abstract: This sequence is a composite of a truncated copy extracted from Genbank (AC084158 104839 - 107560) and an additional 5' 113 bp sequence. Therefore, it is labeled as "consensus." The 113 bp fragment is shared by other copies which are not 5' truncated. The sequence contains a large ORF and appears to be a recent insertion.
